The whole team — the whole org — can watch the observatory and read the record without a seat. You are never billed to see the work, and never billed to watch a person. Observer seats cost nothing, at every door. Oversight without surveillance is the default, not an upgrade.

The billable unit is the active maker-seat

Human or agent alike. An agent is not a tool you invoke; it is a maker that binds, delivers, clashes, and is graded like anyone else — so it is a seat like anyone else. You pay for the makers doing load-bearing work, never for the watchers around them.

Volume is capped; fidelity never

A door can cap how much you bind and how far the record reaches — it never caps how truthfully a commitment is graded. A free grade is exactly as faithful as a paid one. Fidelity is never the variable, and never the upsell.

Buying a door is not

  • Not a better grade. A paid grade is exactly as faithful as a free one — fidelity is never the variable. No door buys a flattering record; a violated commitment is kept as loudly at every door as at the free one.
